Does Rep. Anthony Weiner really have nothing better to do? He's currently going after Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, declaring that he should recuse himself from any constitutionality deliberations on ObamaCare because his wife got income from the Heritage Foundation (against ObamaCare), which Thomas forgot to disclose.
But now, the game just got more intense.

I don't think Justice Thomas forgot to disclose his wife's employment and income. I suspect she was sneaking off to work and he didn't know about it. I think he wanted her to be a stay-at-home wife and she couldn't tell him about her outside job.

What does his law license have to do with it, a supreme court member does not need a stinking law license. He has a life time appointment, he is the frigging law.

There are no requirements for the justices to have a bar license, or even to be an attorney.

I had heard this analysis almost word for word from a DC insider who is plugged in.
They fear!! the good Justice Thomas and are trying to make hay out of nothing!! in an effort to launch their dastardly plot to lock in BarryCare. Going after his wife is ridiculous. I know her and both she and CT are probably two of the most decent people I’ve ever met. Infuriating that the rotten Libs are attempting to smear them in the media and cause them such angst.
