The NYT used to charge for content. Now with the tablets on the market the NYT is repeating the same act and expecting a different result. " It is deja vu all over again."

$15 for lies, crap, libtardic nonsense and Obama ass-kissing propaganda?

YEA!!!!!!!!!!

That effectively removes their presence from the web, and they can go back to being a local paper.

It’s been a NIGHTMARE with them out there. Let’s hope the Washington Post is next.

They have turned things around somewhat in the past quarter or two.

Left-wing bias and elitism aside, any business that gives away it’s product isn’t going to be around for long. At least NYT realizes that, and the entire newspaper industry is either going to have to follow suit or find something else to do.

The only thing good I can say about the NYT website is that it has an archival search that goes back to the 1850s (IIRC).
I'm from NYC and while doing a genealogy project recently, I was able to find some family members mentioned in articles and also the obits.

So the Slimes sinks a little faster. Now they won't get enough site traffic to keep the ad rates up. They'll lie for a while , but the advertisers will catch on and migrate to productive sites.

prices start at $15 for four weeks of full access to the website and the smart phone app.

Make it $30 and they will get twice the revenue.

Why should I pay for anti-American propaganda when there are so many places on the web that will give me that for free?
