I can feel from both US and Japanese press that they sense the worst is past and they need to start getting on to other stories quickly so people forget how ridiculous some of their reporting was getting.

I will never forget. Fox also jumped the shark when they should have been a voice of reason and calm. To report the supposed "both" sides of the issue was grossly irresponsible. There was no both sides of the issue.

Thanks for the post.

We seem to have a station in our lap, now. Yea for that.

I wish they’d spread Denver’s stations out enough to see the numbers.

Like I said . . .

What a gross misrepresentation of Ex-Texan;

. . . his thinking; his feelings and his heart.

I believe you owe him an apology.

Further, I believe you’ll give him one, in this life or afterwards.

Toadster crawl back in your swamp, you lying piece of Fed shill trash. Ex-Texan issued repeated warnings relating to the sub-prime bubble, and coming bearishness of the U$D, while you on the other hand viciously stalked & attacked him foolishly & falsely declaring there was no inflated housing bubble, the U$D is fine, the Fed’s policies were fine (and you still state the same nonsense relating to Fed policy), and there would not be a market crash in 2008.

I wonder how many globalist sleeper and no longer sleeper agents are on FR.

Hopefully, we’ve turned the corner on this crisis. Maybe this week will bring some clarity and relief.

That’s a good point. It stands to reason wherever truth is being exposed the enemy-within shall have their provocateurs spreading disinformation and their sleepers making notations.

ABSOLUTELY INDEED.

And, such folks are trained—very well trained—to get in on the ground floor of such organizations . . . and ingratiate themselves to the hierarchy as very doctrinaire, kosher, true blue believers [conservatives, in this case] etc.

and to nudge . . . subtle bits here and there toward the globalist agenda and against their most effective opponents.

I got the full treatment of a very well ‘Company’ trained Taiwan agent when I served as Dean there. It was a fascinating if frustrating experience. Very very very slick operator. He even confessed Christianity and asked to be baptized. I pray it took in spite of his being on ‘a job.’

From FR’s earliest days there have been those SCREAMING bloody murder about the tin-foil hat ‘conspiracy theory nuts.’

. . . for some reason . . . there seem to have been fewer of them since OThuga took office.

I guess it’s a bit hard to scream ‘theory’ when the brazenly worst and most intense exibit “A” has become the anointed Marxist/Globalist King in the White House.

Ex-Texan issued repeated warnings relating to the sub-prime bubble

He was great, I loved this warning.

I wonder how housing prices today compare to housing prices in October 2003?

This might be a good place to find out.

you on the other hand viciously stalked & attacked him foolishly & falsely declaring there was no inflated housing bubble, the U$D is fine, the Fed’s policies were fine (and you still state the same nonsense relating to Fed policy), and there would not be a market crash in 2008.

I don't remember saying those things. Maybe you have an actual thread where I did? Or maybe you'll just run away?

Toady, how evil of you!!!!

Of course projection is what YOU are all about, isn’t it?

YOU are the one who will be sad when no one dies from this crisis, lamebrain littleboy that you are.

It is time for your nap, little one.

The reason you claim not to ever remember anything you stated previously, now that comes back to bite you, is... your head is stuck in a lingering chemtrail, Fed errand boy. LOL!!

Yo, toadster, one other relevant item. The only reason you stalk and pester ex-Texan is his prognostications are on target, yours are always nothing but lies and shill nonsense. Stop being so jealous of him, get a life, and stop eating mosquitoes, before you come down with malaria, doing the world a big favour!

That doesn’t explain why you can’t show proof I said what you claimed. Unless FR is in on the conspiracy? OMG!

The only reason you stalk and pester ex-Texan is his prognostications are on target,

Obviously, like this one.

I have been saying this for two months here on FR. Many people have said I was nuts. But the housing bubble is just starting to break. I posted a comment two days ago warning that California may face a similar fate soon and that right now housing is at it tip-top peak. Again, people were telling me I was wrong.

Remind me, clown boy, was California real estate "at it tip-top peak" in October 2003? Or was he lying?

EX was a bit premature on the peak of Cal real estate, but he noticed the preposterous runup, and the eventual crash before anyone else I know. He and I were high level bankers at
that time in the fall of 2003, and we both knew that a crash would ensue. Around mid 2006, we warned many FReepers to cease speculating in California and Nevada real estate, and to sell any spec real estate immediately. We were spot on, and we were mercilously flamed by the likes of you, and a few others, who no doubt, lost most if not all of their “investment” property.

Over the years, EX-TX has been right at least 90% of the time in his financial prognostications. Yours would fit nicely in a thimble ;-)
