This is a good source for Wisconsin politics info.

And YES, the Dane COUNTY judge clearly overreached on this issue! How is it possible that a COUNTY judge can injunct a law signed by the governor? Oh, and LaFollette will just wait to post the bill till this is resolved? How convenient!

Refusing to send the teachers back to work certainly makes it clear where the judge's loyalties lie. Are these cases not randomly assigned?

GOP may have screwed up with it's calendar shenanigans but they can pass it again and short circuit the judge shopping.

So a neutral judge objectively interprets law...

Re-introduce, have a Conservative judge rule it’s left and move on.

I hope that Walker issues a firm rebuttal.

Does he even have power to do that?

If he was a demoRAT or some narcissistic commie pig like 0dumbo, it wouldn't make any difference if had the power to do that or not... he would just plow ahead with implemenation irregardless of what a court may rule. Look at 0dumb0 & Eric Holder simply declaring that they will no longer enforce or defend DOMA. Or 0dumbo refusing to allow off-shore drilling in spite of 2 court rulings to allow offshore drilling to proceed. Obeying the law or the courts only applies to Republicans, not demoRATs.

Since the judge is nothing more than a 2-bit county court district judge, I wish that Gov Walker would simply declare that implementation will proceed as passed, and let this dimturd liberal judge just bloviate & twist in the wind.

Good point, and I agree.
