It’s discouraging that the Walker administration wasn’t better prepared. The law is clearly on the side of the Senate rule and Walker should have had his lawyer and the AG in court to push back on this judge.
There has been collusion from the get go on this law, between the Madison Mayor, the Secretary of State and this judge. Where is the AG on this?
How do you know he wasn’t prepared for this? Remember a few days ago when people thought the Gov. and the Senate were getting wobbly?
