A County Judge doesn't have the power to prevent the State from acting.

Sheesh, talk about hubris.

In fact, it's arguable that only the State Supreme Court can stop the State from acting on a law that is legally passed...and they have no way to enforce their order.

Obama simply disregards any ruling he doesn't like. Then the press blows smoke, obfuscates, and attacks Sarah Palin until they can find something new to talk about.

The Dems left the state, but a judge still rules they are right. Governor Walker needs to tell the judge the ruling is outside their jurisdiction.

If our votes don't matter and the legislation passed can only become law when favored by Democrats, we have lost a lot more than our government and the entire system is fixed at every junction and little more than a bucket of rubbish.
