China supplied (with the russians) the vietnam war.. as they both did the Korean War.. All strategy.. came from China.. as it does NOW.. Russia and China are now and have been unified.. There is a vast difference between supplying weapons and “supplying strategy”. Besides Vietnam's number 1 enemy is China and they are building up their navy against them.
