Yes, there are other things that can and maybe could have been done, but all in all they performed beyond their design specifications - and for that we owe a great deal of gratitude to the engineers and contractors from forty years ago.Can't be. I gave up on the media immediately. My greatest disappointment was with some posters here. I came to realize that the green animists and end times flagellants were just different sides of the same coin. We will never know how many have died because of misinformation from the panic mongers.
