Good. Now we shall see how this is handled. The same as Muslims have been handled in the past? Or has there been a change of heart? Will the laws of the UK be applied as if these animals weren't Muslims? Or will there be "considerations" for Sharia?

The police KNEW the attack was planned, two previous attempts had been made, and still the attack happened.
When will people pay attention to the fact that we are in a religious war, and we MUST destroy their core belief, or be destroyed ourselves.
You might have thought that would have been fleshed out a little more in the story. For some strange reason, it wasn't.
The only thing I can imagine was that they didn't have monitored surveillance on them, just some kind of listening device attached to a recorder, and those recordings weren't examined until after the fateful attack.
That would be about the only reasonable excuse they (the constables) could offer. If someone actually heard the threats prior, it's inexcusable.
