Navy lawyers on Fox. They say Obama is blocking military prosecution of terrorists held at Gitmo by blocking any money needed to proceed and by throwing up roadblocks. Obama has no intention of allowing these murderers to be tried by military commissions. Apparently, he plans to quietly release them at some time.
Surprising that military people are saying so in public. Suggests a growing divide between Obama and the military. (As an aside, military is against our actions in Libya but is following orders).

I see nothing wrong with quietly releasing them. They could take them up in a helicopter and release them. Or better yet take them out in the middle of the Ocean and release them at night. Quietly of course.
Easy, big guy. We don’t want to go down that path. That would be the destruction of our country. We can endure this SOB without committing suicide as a nation. That is exactly what destroyed the Roman Republic.

Why would Michelle care? Particularly if some of the men detained are "persons of color." That's more important than if they are trying to kill Americans.

While Obama might flourish in the Islamic country that he flees to at an appropriate time, his wife probably would object to being hidden away in a burqa, considering what a fashion maven she is supposed to be.

In the Muslim faith...no Muslim shall seek the death of another Muslim...Military tribunals— obama being commander in chief..must sign off on the verdict.. (death sentence)
civilian courts... Obama’s signature not required... a judge can sign off.
Sorry, don’t know enough about the culture to say if this is plausible...this was part of the argument that Obama was Muslim...who knows.....
