Ive just discovered that an important campaign is being launched to persuade our nations lawmakers to address the scandalous lack of immigration enforcement in this country. Here are the full details, courtesy of my good friend Gayle Kesselman:
New Jersey Citizens for Immigration Control will be participating in a nationwide lobbying trip to Washington, DC to lobby for secure borders and enforcement of immigration laws. This event is being organized by FAIR and will take place on April 6th and 7th.

???
how about Leaving DC
pass a constitutional amendment requiring all senators and congressmen to stay in their districts(and under direct observation of their constituents) 24/7/365 and have them meet to vote on issues electronically....

Here! Here!! This idea has been floating around for a while. I really believe this could save the republic.
Yes, please, Maryland — take it back!
The democrats want NOTHING to do with Immigration control. It is the base of their votes and where ACORN gets warm bodies to walk in to polling stations.
I hope some of the DC area FReepers participate in this event.
Gayle has done some great work on this issue in the past.
D.C. activism ping.
