Available at the supermarket?

And I've heard you'll get to choose between leaded and unleaded.

To me, drinking human milk would be akin to cannibalism. Most societies have a strong bias against cannibalism, and there is probably a biological basis to that bias.

A mother feeding her baby probably won’t pass any disease on to the baby that she didn’t already pass on to it during the pregnancy and birth. But a stranger’s milk? Who knows what might be in it?

The wet nurse is almost universal in any pre-refrigeration society.

Besides cow’s milk is not a particularly good food for growing a human baby, the protein balance is skewed towards casein proteins, ideal for making glue and developing horns and hooves (if your baby has horns and hooves you have other less subtle problems).

Human milk forms an easily digested soft oatmeal like curd in the stomach, cow’s milk forms a solid curd lump.

Proteins in cows milk are similar to but different enough from proteins on pancreatic islet cells that there is evidence that cow’s milk triggers an autoimmune reaction that ultimately leads to diabetes.

Still...
