At this point in time there is nothing to indicate that any of the supreme court has the brass to take on the kenyan, did they not just pass on the bc issue? Cowards.

Having thought on this for a while, the entire piece seems to me to be nothing more than a compilation of various FRee Republic posts over the past months. Any FReeper (or lurker) with the time could have written the piece entirely sourced here.

WASHINGTON - President Obama may get liberal Elena Kagan on the Supreme Court, but conservative swing-voter Anthony Kennedy says he’s not going anywhere anytime soon.
Justice Kennedy, who turns 74 this month, has told relatives and friends he plans to stay on the high court for at least three more years - through the end of Obama’s first term, sources said.
Some truth, but mostly speculation.
The Court can, and hopefully will, disrupt his agenda by, for example, throwing out ObamaCare and deciding in favor of Arizona.
However, the Court has no say about his eligibility or his personal conduct in office. That would be for the House and Senate to decide, with John Roberts getting only to count the votes in the Senate while wearing extra fancy robes (wonderful thought — swear him in twice, toss him once). And we do need 67 senators to do the deed, so don't hold your breath.

As to roberts, I fail to understand WHY the Supremes don't take the Obamacare cases now. ( consolidate them)..they're going to get it anyways, regardless of however the 11th Circuit decides..so why allow the delay, and the stress and the wasted billions. I am not a lawyer, but about the only reason I can come up with is that they ( the conservative block on SCOTUS - Roberts, Scalia, Thomas, Alito) have looked at the composition of the CoA, and feel reasonably certain that the full CoA will uphold the Florida decision, and thus, it looks better "politically" (and remember after Bush v. Gore, SCOTUS will always be viewed politically) if all three decisions go the same way...
I think someone has convinced the left wing freaks, Big Media (including Foxnews) and many Repubs that to render justice on Hussein’s many felonies and misdemeanors would not only be very VERY bad for America, but it would also set back “civil rights” to antebellum America.
For me it also includes our very highest levels of military.
LTC Lakin testified in his trial that these highest military officers told him that they had **serious** concerns about Obama’s natural born status....yet...These highest military officers did NOTHING to protect the good, brave, and honorable men and women serving under them.
These highest military officers let Lakin, Cook, and Rhodes swing slowly in the wind and have abandoned any responsibly for assuring that our brave troops serve under a legitimate Commander in Chief and not a usurper. ‘
If these highest military officers had the collective gonads of a dust mite they would have asked the Supreme Court and our Congress to definitively PROVE that Obama was natural born citizen by having the necessary **certified** documents released.
While these highest officers may be willing to fall on a grenade in a battle against a foreign enemy, in NO POSSIBLE WAY can they be trusted to defend the Constitution and their oaths against a domestic enemy. What? Lose their perks? Jeopardize their pensions? NO WAY would that happen!
In the domestic realm these highest officers are COWARDS.
If in the unlikely event that I am in their company I will SHUN them. I will TURN MY BACK to them!
