My point is the rebuild will always fail. Historically the rebuilds have failed, Russia's was the USSR, Cuba, Zimbabwe..... Repudiating debt and theft always makes the entity untrustworthy for the future and without trust it's cash (gold, not paper) in advance or nobody does business with ya, and your captive population has no gold either. Agreed, I personally invested in lead and a well stocked pantry ;)
