Since there won’t be any power, the last person to leave Detroit won’t have to turn out the lights.
One little gem that should not be overlooked: the Hispanic population increased. I’ve often posted on other threads how they are displacing blacks in the workplace, schools, and even prisons; I guess I’ll add “Detroit” to that list.
The significance of even that slight increase should not be underestimated, either in Michigan or the nation as a whole.
