So, the conclusion then is what? Because no one called for Reagan or Bush Sr’s impeachment, we should not call for Obama’s impeachment for by-passing Congress either?
Or should this most recent incident be a clarion call for us to review what most Presidents in the past including this one did and really look at the constitutionality of their actions?
