Not all country musicians are conservative....too bad. I used to like Garth Brooks until I read this.

I never considered Garth Brooks to be country. He was essentially a pop artist with some C&W influences.

Although not all country artists are Conservative, that genre probably has a higher proportion of good, pro-God, pro-gun, liberty-loving people than any other form of music. Almost all Southern Gospel artists (essentially Christian country music) are Conservatives.

Without a doubt, nearly all rap and hip-hop "artists" are totally on-board with O'Bambi and his anti-American agenda. But I hesitate calling either of those forms music. It's just ghetto grunting to my ears.

I caught a Garth Brooks special a few years back where he gave interviews between clips of his songs, and I’m here to tell ya...that boy is definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed. He can join the Dixie Chicks, Bon Jovi and Sheryl Crow in my don’t listen pile for trying to use their celebrity to advance a political agenda.
