A Report From the Front: SEIU Tactics Against Chase
dagogo redux | 3/24/10 | dagogo redux

Posted on 03/24/2011 8:38:19 PM PDT by dagogo redux

This did not make the news, but it fits in with other stories that at least were barely reported on. I will tell it as I was told it.

I was at my local branch of Chase today making some transactions. I have a number of accounts, and therefore know a few of the folks there. I asked the teller in passing if they had heard the news about SEIU’s Stephen Lerner’s plan for an orchestrated union and community organizer action against Chase in May, with the hopes of precipitating a financial meltdown and national anarchy. Several other tellers also heard my question, and they all said that they had not heard about it, but that they they had undergone an “attack” or “protest” by SEIU at their branch last Friday.

I later went to talk to one of the senior persons about another matter, and she asked what I was talking with the tellers about that created so much discussion. When I told her, she gave the details of the SEIU action. A week ago she received a call from a person to “warn” her that SEIU would be showing up to force their way into the branch and “get the manager” the next day, in protest for Chase supposedly not paying their Washington State “B&O” tax (Business & Occupancy). The caller told the senior person the time they would show up, and that there would be similar actions at Chase branches throughout the county and some surrounding towns. The caller stated that they would charge in and “occupy” the branch, and that they planned to have to be dragged out by police.

The next day (last Friday) van-loads of what she described as “really despicable people” - “like a crowd on a Jerry Springer Show,” wearing purple, logo’d SEIU shirts, and carrying crudely made signs, assembled outside and made a rush for the front door. It had just been locked, fortunately, by a security guard they had called in, just in case the warning from the day before was real. Several of the protesters tried to force their way through the door by breaking it down, but were unsuccessful. They were described by the woman as “vicious”, and they stayed quite some time screaming angry and intimidating/threatening taunts at the staff inside, especially at the senior woman who was photographing them through the glass door. Police had been called right away, but never showed.

I did not find out if the “protests” at other branches ever materialized. When I asked if it was ever reported in the news, I was told it was not. I got the impression, though she never came right out and said it definitively, that she suspected there were people there to photograph the police hauling the protesters out of the bank, but that such possible media types chose not to have the event make the news because it didn’t go the way they were hoping.

Anyone else hear of such tactics elsewhere?

THUGS AND BROS So it begins. Obama's civilian army is on the attack. Give all the tellers a gun and when they bust in ....Shoot. Their lives maybe at stake. Then maybe the police will show...

Police had been called right away, but never showed.

Interesting.

Not shocking though. As most cops are union, they will never bust their own fellow unionists. That's why crimes committed by union goons never get prosecuted.

I remember either seeing it written, or in some movie somewhere, that one of the reasons the mafia came into existence was because there was a need for "police" for people who could not go to the police for help with crime. I hate saying this, but many victims of union thuggery are falling more and more into that category of people.

Something’s wrong here... Because banks are federally insured, the FBI are first responders to any issue at a bank. A lifetime ago, I managed a bank branch and was very happy that the Feds were there when we were robbed, etc.

If the local PD did not show up, the branch should have activated their security system, which should have brought the FBI. Trust me, they don’t F... around with this stuff.

Intresting. I have a CCW in Colorado and can carry in banks. I need to change to high cap and many extra magazines as all accounts are at Chase. If threatened by a mob it will be head shots to conserve ammo.

“Police had been called right away, but never showed.”

A bank calls in a 911 and the local police never show. Does this area have state police?

It can’t be the planned Lerner Action because they allegedly identified themselves with SEIU, whereas a key criteria of the Lerner Action was that it was not supposed to be associated with the unions. Something is wrong with this picture.

As soon as the story broke I went to the JP Morgan Chase web site and grabbed every e-mail address from the President, VP, and all through each headquarters.

I copied the link the the Blaze web site along with the audio link and explained what these union thugs were attempting to do. I also asked that if I had missed any e-mail addresses on this mass mailing if they could forward this to as many as they could in their company.

I’ve received 2 replies thanking me for sending them to this site and that they were well aware of what was going on.

It was funny that I received 4 auto replies back immediately stating out of office. I had to laugh!

At least they are aware of what is happening and hopefully are taking steps to thwart them.

Eventually, these SEIU types are going to start taking some bullets, especially here in Texas. There are limits to what we will put up with...me, in particular.

But as long as they keep their stunts up North, they’re ok by me (relatively speaking).

Your point is well taken. I’m just reporting what I was told a few hours ago. It’s also two months too early to be part of the true Lerner plan, so maybe it was some other test-run or something. The senior woman described the people as more the sort of riffraff I’ve seen with ACORN than with SEIU, so maybe it was some blend of them or something. Don’t know.

Lerner over estimated the union members’ I.Q. All they heard him say was “disrupt J.P. Morgan/Chase”. They missed the part about not tieing it to the unions.

The security guard should have fired through the door and took a few of them out. I guarantee the cops would have showed up!
