At the moment, eggheads dont only control the US Senate, they also control the Executive Branch of our government. Some of those eggheads employed by the US Dept. of Justice have pushed a controversial door wide open with a lawsuit on behalf of a Muslim teacher. By the way, this isnt the first time DOJ has gone out of its way for a faith whose tenets of government run contrary to Western standards.
The Washington Post said the Chicago teacher, 29 year old Safoorah Khan, wanted to make the Muslim pilgrimage to Mecca known as Hajj. Muslims view making the Hajj at least once as obligatory. Khan wanted 19 days off for the trip. WaPo said, The school district, faced with losing its only math lab instructor during the critical end-of-semester marking period, said no.
She quit and made the trip anyway. The story shouldve ended there. This was, after all, a local issue.
But Super Lawyer rose out of the Beltway to defend the indefensible.
The school district, said DOJ, had discriminated against Khan.
DOJ filed suit but a trial date has not been set.
This action complements another DOJ action regarding how teachers dress for the classroom. DOJ succeeded in getting Oregons governor to sign a bill removing a ban on teachers wearing religious garb.
This really shouldnt...

I think there will be a major pushback coming 2012. I don’t think any of this will be precedent setting and the Dems are going to regret doing this shiat big time.
Expect the Dems to wrap themselves in the flag big time, but have no effect.
“Eggheads”? I think you mean shttheads.
You can’t go to Mecca any time of the year. A Muslim can only go at certain times of the year.
She made her Hajj and I am sure Allah will find her a new job as a reward.
Eric holder is a POS.
The teacher was 29. Its not like there would be no other opportunity to go on the hajj
November
She should have been transparent and honest about this during her hiring interview so as not to blindside her employer. They could take a pass on her because she would be absent for so many days right before an important testing time. I’m sure another teacher could have been hired to fill this position without wailing about having to be 19 days absent.
And non-Muslims can't go to Mecca, ever!
I’m a Jew can I go to mecca?
Does that make him a Muzzie too!
A Muslim only has to go on a Hajj once in a lifetime and you are excused if you can’t go because of health or lack of money.
With these known facts, why couldn’t the teacher wait until she had enough legitimate leave time to do it?
It's determined by a lunar calendar and our Western calendar is governed by the Sun.
Her pilgrimage would have ultimately been possible at a time where the two systems are not in conflict.
Frankly, the Saudi authorities may well refuse her another Haj simply because she's a pushy broad.
On the other hand CAIR is probably behind this ~ it's obviously just another attempt to make the Moslem lunar calendar senior to the Western Solar calendar.
We must remember to impeach, try and then keel haul the DOJ lawyers who got into this one.
Muslim activism, like cashiers refusing to handle packages of bacon and muslim women police officers demanding to wear veils and headscarves in uniform.
I don’t recommend it.
Hmmm..... makes for a target rich environment.
You can probably sneak in. Just have a quick and sure exit if they find you out.
There are probably various slaves in Mecca, who aren’t Muslim.
You don’t really think Muslims do anything for themselves anywhere, when they can have slaves do it for them, do you?
How many of these Bastards are here,That we have to turn our culture inside out to appease and pander too, these worthless things.
