Without the birth certificate, no one can prove to a court who Obama’s father was.
When Obama’s BC finally surfaces, decades from now, if ever, it will be too late to be used as court evidence that Obama is ineligible to the U.S. Presidency, since his supposed father was not a US citizen. If Obama’s father was never a US citizen, Obama isn’t a Natural Born Citizen of the United States, as is required to be President.
If the BC were ever made available to a court, the probable fact of Obama’s failure to be born of two US citizens would compel that court to admit Obama is ineligible. But without the birth certificate, no one can prove who Obama’s father really was to a court, even though most people accept that non-US citizen BHO Sr. was his father.
His BC, probably stolen from sealed adoption records in Hawaii, will remain secreted, unavailable to any judicial process for a long, long time.

Obama stipulated to that well before the election, having made a nice pile off dreams of his dead, alcoholic, non-citizen father (as retold by the talented Billy Ayers). The sheeple elected him in full knowledge thereof. Therefore, it's the sheeple's fault!
Fact is, he's completely eligible, having been born in Honolulu. And no court is going to rule otherwise.
Actually, no court ruling during his current term would have any effect, anyway, given that impeachment is the only legal way to remove him (you need to enlist 67 senators). And it's a total time waste to maintain otherwise!
