“non-criminal” illegal aliens? Isn’t that an oxymoron? Just by BEING IN THE US makes them criminals (unless the definition of illegal/law-breaker has changed thanks to the head turd in office).
If one can be identified as an illegal alien, you are - by definition - a criminal. Period.
Send them ALL home. Period. Put Americans back to work. If they won’t take the jobs left behind by deported illegals, then cut off all socialist government handouts to them.

I was watching that, and one illegal was complaining “we receive school for elementary and for high school, but we are being held back because we can’t go to college too”
So she basically had a sense of entitlement for tax-payers to pay for their college.

Actually, if my understanding is correct, being an illegal alien makes you a criminal about the same way speeding does. Its a regulatory violation, not a “crime.”
I think you have to return after being deported in order for being an illegal alien to rise to the level of a felony.
I think its kind of digusting. First the Feds fail to enforce the law and protect the border, then when an entire generation of illegal aliens grow up here, they claim they want to be compassionate and “help them succeed.”
Build the fence. Close the border. End “anchor babies.” Deport illegal aliens.

Yeah, me too. Doesn't the fact that they are illegal make them criminals?
I say treat them like drug dealers and let the government confiscate all their illegally gotten gains (Bank Accounts, Houses & other real-estate, cars, jewelry and other personal property) and send them home with their anchor kids. When the kids turn 21 then they can come back if they pass the immigration exam first (no waiting period).
