CNN's Ben Wedeman tweets some bad news from Brega and Ras Lanuf.

8.54pm: The see-saw battle along the Libyan coastline seems to be heading eastwards again, as most news organisations are reporting a flight by rebel fighters and the towns of Ras Lanauf and Bin Jawad are falling back into the hands of the pro-Gaddafi forces.

Here's a map to help the geographically challenged like me:

What happen to the Air Support?

Probably the Kaddafi loyalists are pretending that they are rebels and calling in air strikes against the REAL rebels.

Well, that guy from Google is on his way to help the rebels with their website, so just wait. They'll defriend everyone on the Gaddafi side, and it's over!

It's time to make history; send in the first all-gay battalion.

AQ has no support in Bin Jawad, that' s what happened.

From The Telegraph report:

"When the rebels had first passed through this town at the start of their uprising, they had been double crossed and fired on from the rear by townsfolk, explained Mohammad Mufta, a 25-year-old.

"We are not really sure if the people of Bin Jawad are with us or not this time," he added. "

Daffy KMA'd them.

It is very likely that NATO will start murdering the civilians in Bin Jawad because they do not support Al Qaida.

And this is bad, why? Do we know who the rebels are? What they stand for?

Khaddafi is at least a devil we know.

More likely the rebels have realized that they can probably get the puddinheaded Americans to give them arms and weapons if they “need” them to succeed. These can be sent to their allies in Afghanistan to kill American troops while the Libyan insurgents “struggle” and milk our country for more support.

We have handed the rebels tremendous leverage to extract arms and concessions from the United States lest we suffer embarassment from their defeat. They may be barbaric but they aren’t the stupid ones here.

The Misrata Rebels are in a world of hurt. Kaddafi has his armour in the city, and NATO refuses to try and bomb them, to many civilian casualties.

Now Misrata has been cut off from their supply lines. So NATO has to decide what to do now.

Do the French have Marines ???

Actually all they need is 4 guys in jeeps with a couple 50 calibers. I saw it on T.V. That's how we took NA in the big war. Hillary in goggles with Obama at the wheel.
