Barack flat-out SURPRISE-ATTACKED Libya! That’s why they call him President oBOMBa!That's one thing that bothers me. I thought the sneak attack was an underhanded Japanese (Pearl Harbor) or a Chinese (Korean War) thing. Whatever happened to giving someone fair warning before going to war with him?
