One of those two photos is a definite fake. Grandma and grandpa are exactly the same in each, even things that would must certainly have moved, the hands on her pal, the fall of his tie, how clothes fall in creases, even the reflections in the eyeglasses.

Either the three shot is a fake, or the two shot is.

The thing that confuses me about this picture is it appears Granny is the one who is moved. Her body had to have been cut out and moved to the right then pasted back on. The back ground doesn’t change.

the one without Obama is clearly a photoshop job to me, the wall on the right has many repeating patterns, someone cloned sections to fill in where the grandmother was.
It’s a common trick I have done myself.

The hand does seem very strange, only explaination I can think of is the suit was stiff and doesn’t show where the arm really is. But it still looks funny.

Assuming that the bench supports are evenly spaced, we should at least see the inside of the bench support to our right, just as we see the inside of the bench support to our left. The bench is stretched to our right.

You can check out the scene on
Google Street View, and there obtain other photographs. There are many benches, and the particular bench would be difficult to find. The supports are evenly spaced, however.

What is needed to nail this is for a Freeper to go up and down Fifth Avenue and find the exact bench, based on the tree, and the irregularities in the bricks. And then to take detailed high resolution photographs. The bricks will have changed in the Photoshopped image, and verily, the stones will cry out that it is a fake.

There are a lot of phony things in the wall behind the 3 people . If photo of the empty bench is true The bench comes up to the second course of bricks. In the pic of Obama the bench comes up to first course of bricks ....even with different angles I think the bench should not go up and down. The left side of wall pic looks in theObama version is very strange . Also look at verticle lines in bricks ...on the wall (non Obama) vertical joints at second and fourth courses do not line up as shown in Obama pic.. Strange things in the brick pattern on ground ....Was this bench moved? might explain it but bench is clearly divided in half by third leg and in Obama picture its distorted
