Well you do realize that oil is a worldwide commodity right? And if the Europeans can’t get their oil from Lybia they will bid against us for our Persian Gulf oil. Supply and Demand.
I do agree that we should stay away from sending in ground troops though.
China is the biggest user of Libyas oil...let them send there people in there. Note the hundreds and hundreds of Chinese people they had to take out of Libya when things got heated there...cut and run and lwt the world pick up what’s happening...but never China. They use the world as a chess board for their purpose and pleassure.
We do not get much oil from Libya...sure it’s a “worldwide” commodity....but....it isn’t located worldwide....we have enough of our own....if only we’d DRILL!
