Only Good Morning America's Jake Tapper on Tuesday pointed out the relatively low public support for Barack Obama's military actions in Libya and the harsh criticism from both the right and the left.
On NBC's Today, Chuck Todd parroted, "[Obama] also took the opportunity to rebut critics on the left and the right about how and whether to target Qadhafi with the military. In total the President used the framework of American values to make the case."
On CBS's Early Show, Bill Plante narrated, "The President defended his decision to use military force in Libya, he said that when the interests and values of the U.S. are at stake, he has a moral obligation to act." Tapper, on the other hand, highlighted both the economic cost and the poor poll numbers.

Not exactly objective, but, then, the media minions of the Left don’t really care about objectivity.
-Soros invests over $800 million for a large stake in Petrobras, the Brazilian oil company.
-The U.S. arranges for the Ex-Im Bank to guarantee loans of $2 billion to Brazil for exploration of offshore oil finds.
-Brazil makes a huge find right at its front door.
-The U.S. shuts down virtually all drilling and exploration in the Gulf of Mexico, continues offshore bans along the East and West coasts and off the coast of Alaska.
-Libya, Africa's largest oil producer, erupts into a bloody revolution against the régime of the psychotic tyrant Ghaddafi.
-Obama materializes in Brazil and explains to oil executives that, "We want to help with technology and support to develop these oil reserves safely, and when you're ready to start selling, we want to be one of your best customers."
-Hundreds of thousands of American workers in energy, energy-dependent, and related industries see their hopes for re-employment dashed.
Now, is it just me, or does anyone see any connections?

Does this mean that when any country or leader anywhere in the world offends our sensibilities and "values" we have the "moral" obligation to PREEMPTIVELY bomb them all to hell at the whim of one Barry Soetoro, Usurper of the USA?
What does Barry know of American values ... oh ... he did'nt necessarily mean American values ... only the majority moslem values within the US. Got it!

Limbaugh correctly pointed out that Barry’s speech seemed to be based on the belief that Khadafy will be persuaded to abdicate within a few weeks, giving Barry the opportunity to step up and take credit as the “hero”.
Today’s reports of a pro-Khadafy counterattack must have them ordering Maalox in the 55 gallon drum for the White House Situation Room.
