If Obama were born in a US Territory he’d still be a US citizen. This question was resolved when Barry Goldwater ran for President. Goldwater was born in the Arizona Territory and when questions were raised it was determined that he was a US citizen. That precedent would include anyone born in Hawai’i, as well.

But it would also mean that his mom, (who was 18 years and 9 months old at the time of his asserted birth) would have been a statutory rape (it’s not rape-rape) victim.
Anyway, if, IF, he really is Constitutionally qualified, why is his BC more secret than Area 51?

The problem is that he needs to be a NATURAL BORN citizen.
It doesn’t matter WHERE he was born. His father was a foreigner, not a citizen. He admits dual citizenship. That means he isn’t NBC.
Even if Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama had been birthed in the Lincoln Bedroom of the White House he is NOT a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.
