My premise all along, the phony SS aside, is that BHO Sr. was a foreign national ... therefore, no matter where JR. was born he doesn't qualify to be President. Both parents must be U.S. citizens ... period. The end./p>

Thanks BluH20. The more often those who know this “never doubted” constitutional truth, the sooner more citizens will realize the dimensions of this coup. The media are complicit, our legislators and courts are ducking. Do we or do we not live in a nation of laws? (from Minor v.Happersett) This man is not an eligible president and thus not a president. The convergence of white guilt, socialism/Marxism, Islamic funding, corporate opportunism and coporated opportunism has been skillfully managed, but will furthur weaken our economy and what remains of our military. Eventually, public employees will have to decide whether or not to continue to kill their host.

One of a dozen such statements by supreme court justices, this from Minor v. Happersett, because Chief Justice Waite includes the reminder that this is our “never doubted” common law:

“The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.”
