Two gang rapes of 11 year olds in the news here in the U.S. in the last 3 weeks. One was in Texas and the CBS news report said residents (black) of the area were blaming the victim (Hispanic) because she was wearing make up and dressing provocatively. ???
Other gang rape in the U.S. was in California and was part of a gang (black) initiation. One of the rapists was 19 and others were under 18. Girl age 11.
