To be fair, Stan Lee has very little to do with that aspect of the Marvel empire at this point. I was pretty pissed when Mark Millar used The Ultimates as a platform for his anti-American claptrap, but I didn't blame Lee. It's more one of the junior editors who handle that stuff these days. At worst it would have been Avi Arad.
