Arguments in a lawsuit on Barack Obama's eligibility that has been percolating through the federal court system in California since the 2008 election will be heard at the appellate level in just a few weeks. This case from 2008, Judge Carter's case, thought to be dead is being revived by the 9th Circus. Something I'd say rarely happens...if ever.
