This bill had a specific provision to reclassify FEDEX away from the Railway Labor Act. This would allow the Teamsters to organize location by location instead of the whole system at once. They need the FEDEX pension money to bailout the horrible condition of the Teamsters pensions. He can veto; but it is a dead issue in the House I pray.
