No “kid”-ing...maybe the U.N. needs to start going to visit the Chinese and Indian governments to beg for handouts. After all, the ChiComs and Indies are “tomorrows” global leaders and will have the world's biggest economies (so we're told). Also, since both China and India have the world's two largest populations and continue to breed like bunnies, they should have an interest in the fate of the worlds children. Right?
