“Then she really, really is selfish.”
Ah, another liberal.
“Democratic Underground: The Hogwarts of stupid.)”
It looks like a lot of their graduates ended up on this thread.
LOL!
So I’m a “commie” now?
That’s too rich.....and cannot even be taken seriously.
Good day.
“So Im a commie now?”
Only a commie reacts like that when called out.
What’s your screen name over at DU?
FYI - Japanese spokesman just stated - Radiation release will continue for several months. Heard his name, but have no idea how to spell it. Was all in Japanese with real time English translation.
I would take 35 million Japs here any day of the week over 35 million Muslims.
Correct.
"Nihonjin" is preferred by modern Japanese.
or...
"Nipponjin" if they are feeling nationalistic...
They apparently consider, "Japanese" to be a neutral and acceptable translation of the above into English.
Somewhat surprisingly, they didn't seem to object to "JN" (abbreviation / acronym for "Japanese National") -- at least that was so several decades ago when I lived there...
“Sorry, but at some point the rubber meets the road.”
Until you have become a Navy seal to prove your pro-war-on-terror credentials, your expressions are hypocritical and absurd.
“Coulter should not be given a pass for her nonsensical comments.”
I have shown already that her statements were fact-based and justified by peer-reviewed scientific literature. Multiple research has shown there are no harmful effects from elevated radiation levels.
“Again, simply go to page 221 of the US Army Firld Manual on Survival. Nowhere in that section does it say run towards the radiation, or do not worry about radiation. “
Strawman. Nobody ever said that. Nothing in that manual, which talks about surviving nuclear blasts - which are not what is happening here - contradicts the correct claim that low-level radiation levels are not harmful.
OK, you convinced me.
Radiation is not a bad thing and should be embraced, because all radiation is the same. It is foolish to have a several mile perimeter around the Fukushima plant....those people have no idea how good radiation is for them. And Ann Coulter moonlights as a nuclear expert. Got it.
I learn so much at FR.
“Radiation is not a bad thing”
Okay so you still have this anti-scientific ‘its all or nothing’ view and cant grasp the difference between safe levels of radiation that are low-level but above govt limits like a 100 mSw dose and a dose of 10s of Sv or 100X that, as if you cant understand the difference between warm water that wont hurt you and boiling water that will scald you.
(Shakes head and walks away)
“It goes without saying that this will be my last post to you.”
Doesn’t go without saying at all. I may, if I see you pimping for the Democrat Party, call you on it again. Of course, that will be for the benefit of third parties who may not be on to you yet, and not because there is any possibility of reasoning with you.
“as if you cant understand the difference between warm water that wont hurt you and boiling water that will scald you.”
Oh, he understands it. However, being reasonable on the subject would work at cross purposes with his present mission of damaging Ann Coulter’s reputation.
Ann Coulter damaged her reputation, not me.
“Ann Coulter damaged her reputation, not me.”
It’s true you failed in your attempt to damage her reputation here on FR. As for Coulter, she cited legitimate research by reputable scientists, saying absolutely nothing that resembled the words you are trying to put in her mouth.
It is issues like this that separate the sheep from the goats, and the thinkers from the dolts.
