"WKOW-TV reported Windels was not in custody. She was expected to be served Friday with her first court appearance in late April, according to the station's website."

========================

The above is a quote from the link to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel contained in the article.

First the AG couldn't get the Madison D.A. to arrest this woman and now he just going to "serve" her for a court appearance a month down the road? This woman has Jared Loughner written all over her.

Notice that she is a teacher. She teaches the very young children. gack

She can’t be very smart if she sent emails from her home computer. Go to a library and use an anonymous machine with a fake account on Hot Mail or Yahoo. School teacher with a single digit IQ.

Sorry, I did not see this other posting. I did an extensive search, too. Dang.

I think Orzane will be sorry he played chicken with J. B. Van Hollen. Van Hollen is a cautious wussie, but this disrespect for his office by the Madison DA and the Madison judiciary could turn him into an implacable enemy.

Sounds like she’s very disturbed. Tremendous hostility, there.

Interestingly enough - Windels came to the attention of the Madison DA in December 2010 for identity theft.

It looks like she’s more of a teaching aide. Who would want their children cared for by someone that could write and deliver those death threats?

I note the article says a criminal complaint was filed against her. No arrest? She gets nearly a month to melt into the woodwork.

Why can’t the governor get the State Police to arrest her? Don’t they report directly to the executive branch?

I think there are jurisdictional protocols. If Orzane had not moved on the second request from Van Hollen, then Van Hollen could have probably sent the state police to arrest her and deliver her to the Madison authorities.

I still think the hubris of the Madison “law enforcement” community will backfire on them big time. Van Hollen is not someone you would want for an enemy. He is both vain and petty.

You’re too kind. Negative IQ is more like it.

I wonder what she ‘teaches’ those children? “Hateful’ is probably part of the mix...
