When I went to the site, I clicked on the button, “click here to see the cities”, and there was one city, Houston. That’s what I saw.

Apparently you are not very familiar with using web pages (or graphical user interfaces for that matter).

At the top right of the map (and on every page thereafter), there is a button like icon ( similar to the forward button of a tape player ). You can go to the next page and view the cities one page at a time.
