That is the ace in the hole for Walker, and maybe some of the unionistas get that. If he loses this battle Walker can lay off thousands if he wants to. Either way, the budget gets balanced.

If Prosser loses, I see it playing out differently. The unions don't care about short term losses, they only care about insuring that their union dues are collected. If Prosser loses and Walker announces layoffs, the union will agree to temporary givebacks to help balance the budget. The temporary givebacks will, of course, not include giving up their collective bargaining priviledges.

I would like to see the Gov issue pink slips on Wednesday, regardless of the outcome of Tuesday's election. Mary Ann Sumi has given both sides until
MAY 23 to collect their briefs for further arguments about her TRO on the Budget Repair Bill. I realize Governor Walker is trying the best he can not to lay people off - it's time for him to stop caring it.
I do not have sufficient words to express my total and complete disgust with the commie libs in this state.
