records law, the Uniform Information
Practices Act (Modified), chapter 92F,
Hawaii Revised Statutes (”UIPA”).
OIP also advises, and accepts complaints, regarding Part I of chapter 92, Hawaii Revised Statutes (open meetings or “Sunshine Law”).
