What’s the difference between regular ribs and short ribs?? Oh I’ll just check on the web..
Short ribs usually refer to beef short ribs (which are cut from the same primal area as ribeye steaks and prime rib), rather than any sort of pork ribs or beef spare ribs.
I don’t really care for them, myself, but they are considered top notch eating by many.
