Are the liberals a left party in Canada? I thought that
the NDP was the ‘Left’ party..

Some of the canucks over at DSLreports think the Liberals are their answer to getting throttling/capping lifted permanently (i.e. Bell and Rogers). They are in for quite a rude awakening if the liberals hold the reigns of power since it was THEY who started this silly copyright dmca crap back in the late 1990s. Liberals will choke your connection far sooner and more stealthily than the Conservatives ever will.
