I agree. The Democrats fled the state and refused to deal with the realities of the massive overspending that tanked our states and federal government. It is now crystal clear the Democrats have their head in the sand.

Yes, it defined Democrats as looters and moochers.

I think this battle DEFINED the Democrats in ways he may not want to have to accept.

The article mentions SEIU-organized union solidarity rallies. I looked for news of them and they barely registered a blip. Yay for our bigger and better side!

"I would rather be in Obama’s shoes than anyone else’s," Trumka said.

He said the skirmish has also put Republicans firmly among the opponents of the labor movement.

Porky the Communist got that one right...

“When you look at from 30,000 feet down, it is definitely a well-put together strategy by the Republicans to kill or to sap the strength of all progressive groups,” Trumka said. “This is just isn’t against labor.”

Chubby little pecker isn't completely wrong here...

I get some of these union bosses mixed up...is Trumpka the one making $520,000 per year or was it $640,000.

I think the NEA Boss is the one making $640k.

"By and large, I think this helped define the Democratic Party,”

Yes, it does.

It CONFIRMS what most of us have known all along, which is that the Democrat Party is run by the Union thugs, the Democrat politicians are assholes who will shirk their duty to The Will of the People, and put their survival first; public second.

Running away because you LOST and WERE A MINORITY because a change was wanted is somehow heroic?

Gimme a break....these extortion and strong-arm tactics deserve public hangings, jail terms, etc.

At least they and their Dem lackeys had to come out openly against American voters & taxpayers; they are the anti-TEA Party (at a time when the most Americans feel they are Taxed Enough Already).

Today, April 5 will help RE-Define the November 2010 election here in WI. GET OUT and vote Supreme Court Judge PROSSER today. This is a national battle, not just a Wiscosnin battle.

This is NOT a small election, but a very, very important one. I sense a groundswell like in November here in Wisconsin for this SC Judge Prosser vote. Similar to the feeling in November 2010. Hope I am right.

Get your Wisconsin family and friends out to vote today. It’s SHOWTIME here in WI. Let our light shine!

Don’t you just LOVE flyover country?
