And it shouldn't be! I'm assuming that black family owns that lawn. The KKK should not be able to burn a cross on other people's private property without their consent. However, I think it should be okay to burn a cross on your own property. If that's what you want to do.

Good point. Of course my point was to say that the KKK burning anything won’t be protected, while a liberal burning anything will. Granted, a liberal won’t burn a Koran, but it will be because they are afraid of Muslim rage and not because of any sort of reverence.

Actually that is what the decision says. You can burn all the crosses you wish, but you cannot burn them on public are other peoples property.
