This is bad, and reminds me of the white truck driver beaten by black thugs during the post-Rodney King riots, who suffered permanent brain damage. Finally, some brave citizens stepped in to help him.
In this case, the witnesses did not step in and are not even speaking out afterward. Does this mean they support the Giants fans being beaten? Or anyone who fits a Giants fan “profile?”

You may be right about the racial aspects, but consider that “southern” (California) Latino gang members, “Surenos,” profess PARTICULAR hatred for Northern California Latino gangsters, “Nortenos.” My point is that a Latino Giants fan might have been beaten even more quickly or severely.
