The full name of the rat party is the Democratic Farm and Labor Party. As long as farmers get subsidies, energy credits and so on, they will vote rat. I grew up in an agricultural region and I know how they think. There are a lot of closet rats lurking among farmers, more now than ever.
That is only true if you live in Minnesota. As you might of have noticed, we are talking about Wisconsin.
