My question is?
Is vote fraud a federal crime? Is it a felony? Are there different penalties in different states? Should it be treated as seriously as, say, a robbery or burglary or even shoplifting? Should the perpertrators be banned from ever taking part in politics or even voting?
My feeling is that vote fraud is a serious crime and should be taken seriously?
What say?

Seriously, I never heard of anyone being sent to jail for committing what I think is a crime. Have you? Does anyone ever get punished for vote fraud?
