Would like to belief that it’s the one lefty in each bunch that’s getting the boot, but since the networks are almost entirely populated by lefties, something else may be going on.
Try to outfox the Faux?
Fire Katy, hire Glenn, and go for the throat!
Hmmm, all these newsies are jumping overboard.
I wonder if we will see them all on Obamas re-election teams?
Greenfield grew up in NYC. I think his father was a teacher and is mother was a librarian. He had relatives that were lawyers in Democratic politics.
Greenfield went to U. Wisconsin-Madison where he was college newspaper editor. He went to Yale and get his LLB in 1966.
Greenfield then became a top speechwriter for Bobby Kennedy in 1968.
He quickly became a funny, incisive guest on TV shows and parlayed it into a television journalist career.
Don’t forget that Greenfield lost his cover after Ted Kennedy died and the next generation imploded.
He spent quite a long time as the liberal interlocutor on William F. Buckley, Jr’s ‘Firing Line’.
He also wrote for National Lampoon Magazine for a bit.
