I agree there has been an unprecedented amount of corruption recently, but I would say that we have laws which should allow for successful prosecution of that. But such doesn't seem to work when the DOJ readily plays politic favoritism, "rewarding friends and punishing enemies".

Revoking the charter of a corporation and/or reflexively imprisioning all directors certainly puts the sentencing ahead of the Constitutionally-mandated due process, don't you think?

In the context of corporate waste, fraud and abuse “due process” has become a joke.

Short of a Law or Amendment to the Constitution Guaranteeing EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW for everyone, I don’t think so.
