He is the author of the plan and most likely has spoken to many GOP prospective candidates. Who else would be in a better position to offer an opinion on which of these candidates best understands the plan?

I hear ya, just that Daniels is a loser. I am actually quite a fan of Ryan, I had mentioned his name as a possible VP pick for Sarah Palin. For sure I was not turning on Ryan over a comment...was just saying...
