If the government stopped watering down our fuel with ethanol we'd get better MPG. Dope head could give a rat's arse what we pay for fuel. Personally, I think this is payback to us for denying him his little carbon credit trading scheme. He stood to profit quite nicely from that fairy dust trading scam.
