You beat me to it. I would appreciate discussion from Nancy and feminists about the real violence and discrimination against women in other parts of the world. But for liberal women to complain that western society just isn’t liberal enough, falls flat with me.
And to call it a “war on women” trivializes the real violence and mistreatment of women in Muslim countries, and other places too. To say that a debate about abortion or contraception policy is somehow a “war” is a gross misuse of the language, in my opinion.
Its bad Nancy. You’ll have to get help from your muslims allies.

If you want to fire people up, make something into a “war”. War on drugs, war on women etc. Maybe Code Pink should make up a “war on war”??? That might get them somewhere with their peace movement.

She’s nuts. It’s the liberals who are at war with women. They refuse to criticize the mysogyny of rdical Islam. They seem to not care about honor killings of teenage girls, stoning of women, raping of women and then killing them for dishonoring their menfolk, etc.
Indeed there is a war on women. It’s been going on for a thousand years in Islamic countries. Still is.
